Usually made with ground beef or a mixture of red meats, this wonderful ground turkey creation, adapted from the online blog “Inspired Taste,” adds nutrition, moisture and different flavor to an old comfort-food favorite.

While experts claim there aren’t major differences in nutrition, turkey, both turkey (and chicken) are higher in protein and have less cholesterol. The white meat contains less saturated fat, but beef gives you more iron.
